CHICAGO — Here's how big a fan Susan Friedman is of “The Daily Show”: In 2010, the Chicago native decided, on impulse, to drive to Washington, D.C., for the day to attend Jon Stewart and Stephen Colbert's very real “Rally to Restore Sanity And/Or Fear.”
"I just drove in it, went to the rally and then drove back," she said. "And when people heard I was going, three other people said they were going. They literally just got in the car, and we didn't even know each other!"
