Who survived that season finale on FBI: International? Well, photos released ahead of the season 3 premiere, airing February 13, offer a glimpse at the team… but two people are MIA.
FBI: International 3×01 – Aftermath of the Explosion
In the finale, the team had obtained a rocket before it could be sold and were back at their headquarters with the arms dealer in custody when a bomb went off; Raines (Carter Redwood) was the only one seen after the bomb, unconscious, having stood guard outside and run back when they all realized something was wrong. But inside was the rest of the team: Scott (Luke Kleintank), Jamie (Heida Reed), Vo (Vinessa Vidotto), Smitty (Eva-Jane Willis), and Powell (Greg Hovanessian).
CBS has released the logline and photos for the Season 3 premiere, which will see series regular Christina Wolfe make her debut as Special Agent Amanda Tate. In "June," the Fly Team, with the help of their new intelligence analyst Amanda, works to pick up the pieces left behind after a massive explosion rocks headquarters and sends their prime suspect escaping.
As the photos show, it looks like Amanda is thrown right into the thick of it. And while Reed leaves at some point in Season 3, she does survive the explosion, but could it be that what happened makes her think about her career and decide to leave the team? The only photo (seemingly) of the immediate aftermath of the explosion shows Powell. But Raines and Smitty are completely missing from these images. Ugh?
