Paramount Pictures has shared the final Smile 2 trailer for the highly anticipated horror sequel to the acclaimed 2022 film. The R-rated film is expected to hit theaters on Friday, October 18.

"On the cusp of a new world tour, global pop sensation Skye Riley begins experiencing increasingly terrifying and unexplainable events," the synopsis reads. "Overwhelmed by the mounting horrors and pressures of fame, Skye is forced to confront her dark past in order to regain control of her life before it spirals out of control."

The latest trailer continues to highlight the sequel’s terrifying sequences featuring Naomi Scott, as her character is terrorized by an evil entity that appears before her in the form of people with sinister smiles. It also teases her drive and determination to survive the curse.
