The first Star Wars feature film since 2019's pre-pandemic Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker is Jon Favreau's Mandalorian and Grogu, which premiered Friday night at Disney's D23.
Favreau, who directs, took the stage with co-writer and producer Dave Filoni. "We're all very excited to have Star Wars back on the big screen," Filoni said.
