A Chinese national who ran an illegal Philippine offshore gaming operator (POGO) center in Bamban, Tarlac, managed to evade authorities for years by assuming a new identity.

Gilbert Cruz, undersecretary of the Presidential Anti-Organized Crime Commission (PAOCC), compared the strategy of Chinese national Wang Xi Yang to that of fictional former CIA agent Jason Bourne.
Yang is said to have ties to Zun Yuan Technology Corporation, a POGO hub in Tarlac that authorities raided in March last year.
