EXCLUSIVE: Garrett Clayton (Teen Beach Movie) has signed on to star in the feature film Our Family Pride, a coming-out story from writer-director-actor Glen Evelyn.
Based on the filmmaker’s true story, Our Family Pride chronicles the personal journey of a family coming together through conflict and hardship, as they later in life discover their father is gay. Mike (Clayton), along with his mother and siblings, must navigate this new reality and their own personal struggles on the path to acceptance.
Pic is expected to begin shooting later this month in the Palm Beaches and Ft. Lauderdale, Florida area.
