In a post on Instagram, Poe honored her mother on her 83rd birthday, July 28.
The beloved actress, hailed as the queen of Philippine films, passed away on May 20, 2022 at the age of 80.
“Happy Birthday, Mom. Thank you for all the life lessons and wonderful memories. You will be truly missed,” the senator said in an Instagram post.
