Season 20 of Grey's Anatomy is quickly approaching with several big changes, including the transition of Ellen Pompeo's Meredith Grey from a series regular to a recurring role, in addition to the return of Jessica Capshaw as Dr. Arizona Robbins.

And in the premiere episode, titled “Only Just Begun,” we see Meredith return to Seattle to meet some remarkable people, including Debbie Allen’s Catherine Fox and Caterina Scorsone’s Amelia Shepherd.
However, according to the episode's official synopsis, she may already be regretting her decision to leave Grey Sloan after heading to Boston last season. "Meredith rethinks her plans after going her own way in last season's finale," ABC reports. But there's plenty of drama to share. "The interns are on thin ice after a patient dies, but Simone and Lucas are immediately tested for an emergency. Richard confides in Bailey, and Teddy's fate is revealed," the network concludes.
