Former election commissioner and P3PWD party candidate Rowena Guanzon urged couples, especially those without stable jobs, not to use the cold to have a child.

“It's not like we can look at what it's like to go to sleep, it can play a lasting role,” Guanzon said.
Guanzon posted the message on Facebook last weekend.
“Jusmiyo marimar! kaya lubog ang Pilipinas e di na kayang buhayin, parang hamster anak ng anak 😵💫” she added.
