Julia Ormond's lawsuit against Disney, CAA and Miramax over an alleged 1995 sexual assault by now-jailed Harvey Weinstein continues.

“Based on the foregoing documents and the oral argument presented before the Court on May 20, 2024, it is Ordered that the motions of Defendants The Walt Disney Company, Creative Artists Agency, LLC, and Miramax Film NY, LLC be denied,” New York State Judge Suzanne Adams ruled today.
