Hitman 3 features new gadgets, six new locations to explore, and the ability to import all content from previous games in the trilogy, making it the biggest adventure Agent 47 has ever experienced.

Hitman 3, due out on January 20, 2021, is the most expansive entry in IO Interactive’s sandbox trilogy yet. As with previous entries in the series, choosing how you want to play is just as important in Hitman 3, and the new levels should give players plenty of space to work and explore as they take on a variety of targets. Expectations are high, which means IO Interactive has a lot to live up to, and many are confident it will.

“If I could only have one game in 2021, it would be Hitman 3. But then if I could have a second game, it would be Wolfenstein 3,” wrote Jeff Grubb, a reporter for VentureBeat via Twitter. Other users have expressed similar excitement for the upcoming title.

The latest addition to the series features six new locations to explore, including Dubai in the United Arab Emirates, Dartmoor England, and Chongqing Province in China. While IO hasn’t revealed all of the locations players will visit, our looks at the game so far have revealed quite a bit.
