Warner Bros. has announced the Horizon: An American Saga Chapter 1 Max release for the upcoming streaming debut of Kevin Costner's latest Western epic drama. This comes after more than a month since the film's theatrical release.

Horizon: An American Saga Chapter 1 is set to make its streaming debut on Friday, August 23, exclusively on Max. Since its world premiere at the 2024 Cannes Film Festival, the film has received mixed reviews from critics. The film currently holds a 70% audience score on Rotten Tomatoes, based on over 2,500 verified reviews.
The first installment is directed by Costner, who co-wrote the screenplay with Jon Baird.
