Santa Rosa City Rep. Dan Fernandez made the statement during Monday's hearing of the commission, in which former Sen. Leila de Lima labeled Duterte the mastermind behind the drug war killings.
“The outcome of this investigation can be used in filing the case in various courts and can also be used as evidence at the ICC,” Fernandez said.
Fernandez also stressed that the House committee has the authority to investigate the matter, contrary to the claim of Senator Ronald Dela Rosa.
