House of the Dragon Showrunner Defends Season 2 Finale
While some fans were left quite disappointed with the House of the Dragon season 2 finale, showrunner Ryan Condal explained that they are trying to build excitement by giving the long-awaited Fire & Blood event "the time and space it deserved."
House of the Dragon Season 2 has been building towards a grand and explosive finale. However, when the Season 2 finale aired on August 4, it didn't end with a thrilling battle, disappointing some viewers given the long wait for Season 3.
“We tried to give the Gullet, which is perhaps the most anticipated — well, I would say perhaps the second most anticipated action movie event of 'Fire & Blood' — the time and space that it deserved,” Condal told TheWrap.
