FM filed a complaint of rape, aggravated human trafficking and child abuse against Quiboloy and five others with the Davao City Prosecutor’s Office. Her sworn statement was part of the documents filed by the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) in its petition to the Court of Appeals (CA) seeking the freezing of Quiboloy’s assets.
The CA granted AMLC’s request and froze the assets and bank accounts of Quiboloy, KOJC, Sonshine Media Network Inc. (SMNI) and other entities and individuals linked to him.
FM was reportedly a student at the Jose Maria College in Davao City, run by KOJC, when she was raped on September 1, 2014.
