Former BBC presenter Huw Edwards accused of making indecent images of children
Former colleagues of Huw Edwards have publicly attacked the former BBC News presenter after he pleaded guilty to making indecent images of children.
A growing number of BBC presenters have spoken out in recent days about Edwards' dramatic fall from grace, with some expressing shock at the behaviour of a man they once considered a trusted ally.
Among those who have spoken out are Nicky Campbell, the veteran presenter of Radio 5 Live, and Nicholas Witchell, the BBC's recently departed royal correspondent, who sat next to Edwards during coverage of the Queen's death and other national events.
