Neri Colmenares, president of Bayan Muna, called on the recently identified suspects in the Duterte government’s war on drugs, who are being investigated by the International Criminal Court (ICC), to come clean and tell the truth, in order to possibly reduce their sentences.

“It is now time for these officials to reveal the truth about the bloody campaign of the Duterte administration,” Colmenares said in a statement.
“By cooperating with the ICC and providing crucial information, they not only have the opportunity to ease their conscience but can also lessen their culpability in the eyes of the court,” he added.
Former Senator Antonio Trillanes IV said Senators Ronald dela Rosa, Oscar Albayalde, Romeo Caramat Jr., Eleazar Mata and Edilberto Leonardo are now “considered suspects” in the previous administration's bloody drug war.
