ID's American Monster recently explored the case of Ann Metz and her now deceased murderer husband, Marshall Metz. The episode, "I Love My Wife," premiered on the network on June 30, 2024.
The episode synopsis reads: "Ann Metz lives for her family, especially her two beautiful granddaughters; her husband Marshall resents Ann giving her time to anyone but him, and he will take desperate measures to hold on to her."
Herald Mail Media reported that convicted murderer Marshall Metz died in prison. Marshall had served only five years of his life sentence when he died due to ill health in 2016. He was serving time in a Maryland state prison for the murder of Ann Metz and was 71 at the time of his death.
