Real Wall Street expert and lecturer reviews BBC's Industry (episode 1)
The creators of the HBO/BBC hit Industry have said that Season 3 will “broaden the canvas” to show how “finance is part of a larger ecosystem of politics, the media and how it all actually works.”
Speaking at the Edinburgh TV Festival, Mickey Down and Konrad Kay opened up about some of the mistakes they say they made in the first two seasons of the hit banking drama. Konrad Kay said that "we were naive and arrogant" when making the first season, which he described as a "toxic combination" of qualities.
Fast forward to this final season, which launched last week on HBO and premieres on the BBC in October, and Kay’s co-writer Mickey Down said the pair have dramatically upped their scope. It just replaced House of the Dragon as the Sunday night drama.
