EXCLUSIVE: Insanity, the agency that represents Maya Jama and Sophie Ellis-Bextor, has hired a digital head for its production department.
Edd Buckley, who has worked as a digital producer on some of the UK's biggest entertainment programmes, took on the new role a few weeks ago.
Buckley reports to Insanity Studios’ production chief Charlotte Mason and will oversee the digital side of the three-year-old production arm, which has been expanding significantly in recent years. The division initially produced podcasts such as Staying Relevant with Sam Thompson and Pete Wicks, and FFS! My Dad Is Martin Kemp with father and son Roman and Martin Kemp, but has recently pivoted to cross-platform content with YouTube, Snapchat and Live, along with branded and merchandising.
