Gunner's Luke Hemsworth & Dimitri Logothetis Talk New Action Film

"War veteran Colonel Lee Gunner takes his two sons on a camping trip with their Uncle Jon, to reconnect after so long on the front lines. The trip goes awry when Jon trips over a tripwire and causes an explosion, alerting a gang of violent bikers who are in the middle of a massive drug trafficking operation. Without Gunner's elite combat skills, the gang members are picked off one by one. The boys try to get help, but end up in the arms of Dobbs, the son of prison kingpin Kendric Ryker. With no one to turn to but himself, an enraged Gunner wreaks havoc to save his two sons, until he reaches the top and confronts Ryker. You don't piss Gunner off," the synopsis reads.

Tyler Treese: Luke, you really get to kick some ass here. There are some really fun and inventive fight scenes. I think my favorite was the one where you're in the woods, and there are these two women who are being really acrobatic, using their bodies on each other to attack you. What was that scene like filming? Because it's such a joy to watch.

Luke Hemsworth: Oh, it’s amazing. I mean, that whole stunt team, those guys from Thailand were so, so good. So generous. So patient with me. I had just come off an injury. I broke my ankle on Christmas Eve, and so I had to have surgery, and so I was a little unsure whether I was going to be able to do a lot of the things that we were going to do. But credit to them, and credit to the surgeon and everybody, I did everything. I was able to do every single one of them. I don’t think there’s a single stunt in the movie that wasn’t mine.
