Through an end card in the film’s credits and a special page on their website, No More aims to provide survivors of domestic and sexual violence (and their loved ones) with easy access to help. In particular, the No More Global Directory connects people with support services in the U.S. and 200 countries and territories around the world.
Sony's film adaptation of Colleen Hoover's smash-hit novel of the same name follows florist Lily Bloom (Blake Lively) as she falls in love with Ryle Kincaid (Justin Baldoni), a charismatic neurosurgeon. While their relationship begins as a whirlwind fairy tale, Lily quickly finds herself caught in the same pattern of domestic abuse she saw her mother endure.
“Wayfarer Studios has an ambitious mission: we strive to create projects that are both commercially viable and make a real difference in the lives of our viewers,” said Wayfarer co-founder and “It Ends With Us” star Baldoni, who also directed the film. “We partnered with No More because we want to ensure that Wayfarer Studios projects, particularly those that address domestic and sexual violence and abuse, are created with purpose and the intention to educate, support, and ultimately empower viewers who may see themselves through their current situations on screen.”
