Jack Karlson, whose iconic video of him eating a “juicy Chinese meal” turned him into a meme, has died. He was 82.

According to The Guardian, Karlson died on Wednesday surrounded by his family.

“He walked a colorful path and despite the problems thrown at him, he lived by his motto: keep smiling,” his family said in a statement.
