Singer Jack Russell, of 'Great White,' dies at age 63
Jack Russell, the lead singer of 1980s hair metal band Great White, died Thursday at age 63 from multisystem atrophy and Lewy body dementia, Rolling Stone reports.
Russell announced last month that he would retire from touring after being diagnosed.
“I can’t perform at the level I want to and the level you deserve,” Russell said on social media at the time. “Words cannot express my gratitude for the many years of memories, love and support.”
