Retired NFL Player Jacoby Jones Dies at 40 | E! News
Jacoby Jones, who helped the Baltimore Ravens win Super Bowl 47, died Sunday at the age of 40. No cause of death has been released.
"We are devastated to learn of Jacoby Jones' passing," the Ravens said in a statement. "Jacoby had the unique ability to connect with everyone he encountered. His charisma, joy and love created a one-of-a-kind presence that could light up any room or brighten up a dark day."
Jones was a star player during Super Bowl 47 in 2013, throwing a 56-yard touchdown and setting a championship game record with a kickoff return of 108 yards for a touchdown, helping the Ravens to a 34–31 victory over the 49ers.
