Jane Lynch received her 14th Primetime Emmy Award nomination this morning for her work on NBC's The Weakest Link in the category of "Outstanding Game Show Host."

The series revival, an adaptation of the British television series of the same name hosted by Anne Robinson, a personality whose approach Lynch admired, premiered in 2020 with Lynch at the helm. The second half of season 3 aired earlier this year.
Speaking to Deadline earlier today, Lynch thanked the writers of The Weakest Link for their instrumental role in helping her become the show's most attention-grabbing host.
