Host Jane Pauley and director/producer Alex Gibney will receive a Lifetime Achievement Award at the 45th Annual News & Documentary Emmys.

Pauley will be honored for her career in broadcasting during a press conference on Sept. 25. Gibney will be honored for his contributions to documentary filmmaking during a documentary ceremony on Sept. 26. Both events will take place live at the Palladium Times Square in New York City.

Pauley, a broadcast journalist for more than 50 years, is the anchor of CBS' Sunday Morning. She has won four Daytime Emmy Awards, five News & Documentary Emmys and a Sports Emmy, along with the Walter Cronkite Award for Excellence in Journalism, the Edward R. Murrow Award for Outstanding Achievement and the Gracie Allen Award from the Foundation of American Women in Radio and Television.
