Major Democratic donor and fundraiser warns Biden: Donor money is drying up
President Joe Biden heard some tough words from Jeffrey Katzenberg on Wednesday about his re-election chances.
The longtime Democratic donor and fundraiser spoke with Biden in Las Vegas today, Deadline can confirm, before it was announced that Biden had Covid again.
Because of the president's proximity to Los Angeles, Katzenberg, a campaign manager, traveled to Vegas to meet Biden in person. In a small meeting with a handful of senior advisers, he explained to the 81-year-old Biden how donors are drying up amid ongoing concerns about age from the president.
