Jermaine Jenas, presenter of “The One Show” and “Match of the Day”, is no longer employed by the BBC.

"We can confirm that he is no longer part of our presenting team," a BBC spokesperson told Variety after news of his dismissal broke in The Sun. Although the tabloid cited "inappropriate behaviour" as the reason, the BBC did not provide a reason for his departure. Meanwhile, BBC News cited sources as saying his dismissal was due to "conduct in the workplace." Jenas has also reportedly been banned from the website of his agency, MC Saatchi.
Representatives for Jenas and MC Saatchi did not immediately respond to Variety's request for comment.
