Biden admits he was dropped from presidential race, names Pelosi in first interview since leaving office
Joe Biden's announcement that he is withdrawing from the 2024 presidential race has given Damon Lindelof "genuine excitement for the election."
The first major Hollywood donor to publicly call on supporters to withhold their money following Biden's disastrous June 27 debate performance and have the 81-year-old incumbent end his re-election bid, the Lost showrunner took to social media on Sunday to POTUS to be commended. Lindelof declared that "DEMBARGO is lifted" and also said he would "fully support anyone who can catalyze passion and engagement in our country… our ENTIRE country, without reservation."
As you can see, Emmy winner Lindelof didn't offer an endorsement to Vice President Kamala Harris, as Biden did, but she did compliment the vice president on her own response to Biden's announcement:
