President Joe Biden will deliver a primetime address in the Oval Office on Wednesday after deciding to withdraw from the 2024 presidential race.

“Tomorrow night at 8:00 p.m. ET, I will address the nation from the Oval Office about what lies ahead and how I will get the job done for the American people,” Biden posted on the presidential X/Twitter account.
Biden posted a letter to X/Twitter on Sunday announcing his decision to “resign” in the 2024 election. Shortly after, Biden announced that he was endorsing Vice President Kamala Harris for president.
The president plans to return to the White House this afternoon after isolating at his home in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, while he recovers from Covid.
