Just over 19 million of these viewers were 55 years of age or older; 3.58 million were 35-54 years of age and 1 million were 18-34 years of age.
The figures come from eight television networks, including ABC, CBS, Fox, NBC, Univision, CNN, Fox News and MSNBC.
For comparison, Nielsen found that 20.3 million people watched Biden’s Oval Office speech last October, when he discussed the Israel-Hamas conflict and the war in Ukraine. That measurement was taken across 10 networks.
