Lionsgate is all set to add a new addition to the popular John Wick franchise. The spin-off series is called John Wick: Under the High Table. Sadly, Keanu Reeves will not be returning as John Wick in the Under the High Table sequel.
The good news, however, is that Reeves is attached to the series as one of the executive producers, according to Deadline. In addition, John Wick director Chad Stahelski will also be taking over the director’s chair for the series. Stahelski will also direct the pilot episode. On the other hand, The Old Man co-creator Robert Levine will be writing the show. Levine will serve as showrunner and also executive produce the series alongside Reeves, Stahelski, Erica Lee and Basil Iwanyk, the report added.
