On Tuesday, July 23, Andy Ogles, Republican Congressman for Tennessee's 5th congressional district, filed articles of impeachment against Kamala Harris during the first session of the 118th Congress. These articles were in addition to previously filed articles criticizing her record on immigration.
The article accuses Harris of “deliberately misleading the people of the United States and the United States Congress, primarily to obscure the physical and cognitive well-being of the President of the United States, Joe Biden” (via The Hill).
