Four-time Grammy winner Keith Urban has been tapped to headline and co-host CBS' New Year's Eve Live: Nashville's Big Bash, airing December 31 at 8 p.m. ET on CBS and streaming on Paramount+.
He joins previously announced performers Kane Brown and Jelly Roll, who will also take the stage live on the Bicentennial Mall. Entertainment Tonight's Rachel Smith, who has co-hosted all previous editions of the special alongside country singers Jimmie Allen and Elle King, returns as co-host alongside Urban.
The five-hour New Year's Eve Live: Nashville's Big Bash is executive produced by Robert Deaton and Mary Hilliard Harrington in association with Music City Inc., the foundation of the Nashville Convention & Visitors Corp. The special is directed by Sandra Restrepo.
