The Game of Thrones star will be seen at the Noel Coward Theatre in London's West End in Slave Play, which announced earlier this year that it would introduce two 'black out' nights during its 12-week run.
Then-British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak called the decision “wrong and divisive”.
Harington told the BBC: “I've come to the realisation or belief that it's an incredibly positive thing.
