“My advice to the public is that when you get a message and a deal is presented and it sounds too good to be true, it is,” Marcos Jr. told reporters.
He stressed that no investment is without risk.
“There is no way to guarantee these huge returns on what they claim, on the money that you put into it, that you give them,” he said.
