Lacson made this statement after Senator Loren Legarda candidly admitted that there were occasional violations of rules in the upper chamber.
Legarda previously admitted that, like any other human being, she had previously broken the chamber's rules. The broadcaster-turned-politiko also acknowledged the importance of senators maintaining an appearance of respect and decency.
Lacson joined the debate via Twitter, essentially saying that every senator trashes the interior at least once.
