Lady Gaga sang the French circus song “Mon Truc En Plumes”, also known as “My Thing With Features”, made popular by Zizi Jeanmaire in the 1960s.

Zizi sings this song for 5 minutes on The Ed Sullivan Show in 1965. The style of the song and the fans remind the audience of the flashy dances in Las Vegas. Lady Gaga's choreography is also reminiscent of that time.

After descending a set of stairs painted gold, Lady Gaga was joined onstage by scores of dancers dressed in tight black outfits. To her right was a small orchestra featuring a mix of brass and string instruments. In an interlude during the song, she also played the piano for about half a minute before performing a series of kicks and flicks. During a move near the end, the dancers lifted her into the air as she revealed a large plume of white feathers.
