Zambales Rep. Jay Khonghun and La Union Rep. Paolo Ortega V urged Vice President Sara Duterte to stop postponing issues regarding her trip to Germany during the onslaught of Typhoon Carina and to carry out her duties.

Khonghun and Ortega also called on Duterte to make public how she used the confidential funds of 125 million pesos in just 11 days, the extrajudicial killings in Davao City during her term as mayor, and other matters.
“Madam, I believe you can defeat Super Typhoon Carina and the Filipino people. Nasa bakasyon po kayo,” Khonghun said. “Please, please do your duty as the country’s second-ranking civil servant.”
“Ms. Sara received $125 million in confidential funds for 11 days,” Khonghun noted.
