Acclaimed South Korean model and actress Lee Bo-Young is in talks to star in the K-drama remake of a popular Canadian series, titled Mary Kills People. As reported by Celebrity Media, the actress’ agency, J-Wide Company, released a statement in response to the news on Friday, August 9, 2024. The statement reads, “Lee Bo-young is positively considering appearing in the remake of ‘Mary Kills People.’”

The news outlet also reports that the Korean series will be led by the well-known director Park Joon-Woo. He previously directed successful K-dramas such as Crash and Taxi Driver. The audience is therefore very curious to see how the upcoming remake project will turn out.
