Luke Bryan clarifies his comments about Beyoncé being ignored at the CMA Awards.

Beyoncé entered the country music world with Cowboy Carter, but her debut album in the genre was never nominated.

Bryan made comments about the rejection that were taken out of context, prompting the country singer to take to social media to seek clarification.

"Hey everyone, I'm wrapping up the last night of my tour tonight and it's been an amazing time. I'm grateful for that," Bryan said in a post on X, the social media platform formerly known as Twitter. "I'm posting tonight based on the ridiculous nature of the headlines I've been reading over the last few days in an interview on the Andy Cohen show I did this week while promoting my album."
