2K surprised fans at the end of Gamescom's Opening Night Live by revealing the trailer for Mafia: The Old Country, a new installment in the popular action-adventure series.

The trailer doesn't show much about the game, but it does hint at the fact that it's set in Italy. In the trailer, we're given some cryptic dialogue before we're shown the setting of 1900s Sicily, where the game is set.
