“Mukhang marites lang yun,” Barbers said in an interview Friday.
Dela Rosa said Police General Romero Caramat was asked to implicate him and Duterte in the killing of thousands of drug suspects during the previous administration's war on drugs.
The senator was head of the Philippine National Police when the war on drugs began.
