Villar was visiting the police precinct in Quezon City when he encountered Police Major Rene Balmaceda.
Balmaceda, a graduate of the Philippine National Police Academy, currently serves as the chief of the Women and Children Unit of the QC Police Department. She champions diversity and inclusivity within the law enforcement agency.
Villar couldn't contain his excitement as he posted his encounter with Balmaceda on his Instagram page.
