What You Need to Know About the 5 People Charged in Matthew Perry's Death
An official court hearing has been scheduled for the trial of alleged “Ketamine Queen” Jasveen Sangha and Dr. Salvador Plasencia, who are accused of supplying Matthew Perry with the drugs that led to his overdose on October 28, 2023.
If found guilty, they could face decades in prison. At the time of this article, Sangha and Plasencia had pleaded not guilty.
U.S. Attorney Martin Estrada wrote in legal documents that Sangha and Dr. Salvador Plasencia “took advantage of Mr. Perry’s addiction problems to enrich themselves.”
