Friends star Matthew Perry's final words have been revealed in new documents released after five people were charged in connection with his death earlier this week.

Perry died on October 28 last year and his final words to his assistant Kenneth Iwamasa are included in court documents released this week.
The Daily Mail newspaper reports that Perry told Iwamasa to “fill me up with a big one,” referring to a dose of ketamine. He also asked his assistant to prepare the hot tub. Perry was later found face down in the hot tub.
The same documents show that Perry had previously been found unconscious in his home twice.
