Maura Tierney Joins 'Law n' Order' for Season 24 as Lieutenant | Our Entertainment News
ER alumna Maura Tierney is returning to NBC, joining the cast of Law & Order as the new series regular for the upcoming 24th season.
The announcement follows the departure of series regular Camryn Manheim as Lt. Kate Dixon at the end of Season 23.
No details about Tierney's character have been revealed, other than that she will play the new lieutenant in the Dick Wolf series.
