When Tolentino visited the heart of Washington DC, he met with a group of US senators as part of strengthening bilateral relations.
Tolentino bumped into Senator Ted Cruz of Texas when he visited the U.S. Capitol in Washington, D.C. In a thoughtful gesture, he presented the U.S. senator with a pasalubong, containing delicious dried mangoes from the Philippines.
