Megan Thee Stallion doesn't expect to get back together with Nicki Minaj anytime soon.
Megan claims she has no problem with Nicki Minaj and didn't insult her on Hiss👀🍵
Months after the rappers' rap feud ushered in a year of diss tracks and hip-hop hits, Megan is reflecting on the confrontation in a new interview with Billboard. "I still don't know what the issue is," Megan revealed, going on to say that she "don't even know what can be reconciled, because to this day I don't know what the issue is."
Megan also acknowledged her position in the rap world, saying that she almost takes it as a compliment that she's considered an artist worth dissing. "If people think I'm someone to take aim at, then I must be really high up when y'all reach for me," she said. "I gotta be some kind of competition. That makes me feel good. That makes me feel like I could rap, because if I wasn't the shit, y'all wouldn't be worried about me."
The drama between Minaj and Megan erupted online in January when Minaj released a one-off single called "Big Foot" aimed at Megan. It came shortly after Megan released "Hiss," her first solo Hot 100 hit, which included the line, "These hoes don't be mad at Megan, these hoes mad at Megan's Law / I don't really know what the problem is, but I guarantee y'all don't want me to start."
